The Campbell is a new student housing development located in the heart of Tallahassee, Florida. The property features luxury student apartments, popular retailers, and top-notch dining options. The Campbell is more than just a place to live or shop – it’s a destination where residents and visitors can experience the best that Tallahassee has to offer. The community is designed to foster connections, with amenities such as a rooftop pool, outdoor grilling stations, and a resident lounge. 

The Campbell joined forces with GRO to develop a visual identity that would resonate with Florida State University (FSU) students. GRO’s team worked closely with The Campbell to understand the property’s vision and used this information to create a logo and website that was modern, memorable, and meaningful.

Digital Marketing – hit ’em with the one-two punch!

The GRO team took an omnichannel digital marketing approach for The Campbell, using various tactics such as paid search, SEO, geofence advertising, display, and social media advertising to reach and engage Florida State University (FSU) students. We focused on student-specific terms instead of broad terms in our paid search campaigns and targeted competitor properties, Tallahassee bars, and FSU points of interest with our geofencing efforts. On social media, we aggressively utilized Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to reach students with both evergreen and time-driven ads. The combination of these strategies proved to be a resounding success.
