AUSTIN, TX (May 9, 2022) — GRO, a full-service digital marketing agency, was recognized during the Innovator Awards ceremony at the 14th annual InterFace Student Housing Conference in Austin TX. GRO was awarded Best Mobile Marketing Campaign for their efforts for StateHouse Tallahassee in partnership with Asset Living(Asset).

The Innovator Award is awarded to the off-campus project that had the most success and best innovation with its mobile marketing campaign. GRO and Asset teamed up to develop and execute lease-up marketing campaigns for StateHouse Tallahassee, two student housing communities (Arena and Varsity) located in close proximity to the Florida State University Campus.

Both StateHouse Arena and StateHouse Varsity successfully achieved 100% occupancy in a highly competitive and saturated Tallahassee market.
